GOAL I: Girl Scouts of Badger Council will provide all girls with a variety of program opportunities through collaboration with local businesses, community and youth organization.
GOAL II: Girl Scouts of Badger Council will serve and inspire multi-age membership, achieving growth and retention to reflect the geographic and diverse composition of the council by providing resources and capable short term and long term volunteer opportunities dedicated to delivering the Girl Scout program in a unique and effective way.
GOAL III: Girl Scouts of Badger Council will provide a variety of media and technological opportunities to increase public and internal awareness through collaboration with local agencies, family involvement, and creative activities and opportunities.
GOAL IV: Girl Scouts of Badger Council will assure financial stability by utilizing grant writing and public support, matching funds and community awareness and support.
GOAL V: Girl Scouts of Badger Council will work through the realignment process while keeping consistent in services and programs for girls, volunteers and communities.
GOAL VI: Girl Scouts of Badger Council will seek out, engage and develop diverse adults to provide leadership and service to girls.
GOAL VII: Girl Scouts of Badger Council will maintain innovative properties for the development of girl programs and volunteer leadership.
GOAL VIII: Girl Scouts of Badger Council will develop and improve systems, strucutures, and procedures that are flexible, productive, and responsive to the needs of girls, adult volunteers, and the community.
